In this workshop we will perform a fictioning exercise whereby we will accumulate enough words to form characterisation ready for a drawing.
Within this we will explore how song lyrics can help you find a sense of voice in an image and how observational thinking can get us to an idea.

Bio: Charlie Osborne is a London-based artist (b.1999, Cardiff) who works across video, performance, sculpture, music and writing.Through fictioning and fracturing her projects share clues to an aftermath. Using structure systems similar to poetry, works are presented through sensations of never ending performance. Characters like lonely werewolves and loved up smurfs examine distorted senses of familiarity, theatricality and the hyper-real.
