What does pencil music sound like? In this workshop, we will explore the percussive, melodic and textural potential of drawing. We will engage in some ear-guided drawing exercises and then come together and play as an improvised pencil case orchestra.
You will need:
a pencil case (if you have one)
a recorder or a phone with recorder/ monitor app downloaded (Auphonic is free)
ear-phones or head-phones

Bio: Lucy Park (b. 1997, London) is an artist and musician working with noise, improvisation, collage and radio. She is currently doing her masters in Sound Studies at Universität der Künste Berlin.
